What You Can Do to Prepare

✅ Before the Outage

  • Fill clean containers with water for drinking, cooking, and hygiene.
  • Store water in buckets for flushing toilets.
  • Shut off taps to prevent flooding when water is restored.
  • Notify staff, tenants, or household members about the interruption.

✅ During the Outage

  • Use water sparingly.
  • Access water tankers provided by the City where available.
  • Monitor pressure levels when using appliances.

✅ After the Outage

  • Open taps slowly to release any trapped air in pipes.
  • Check for leaks or unusual noises in your plumbing system.
  • Contact Aqua Tech for a post-outage inspection if needed.
